Chart of the day
Six months of bitcoin, day by day, with no dates or prices. Which month does it end? You get six tries, and each one tells you if it’s earlier or later. Tomorrow, a new one.

How it works
Every day there’s a new chart, the same for everyone: six months of daily bitcoin prices, ending in a month picked between January 2011 and June 2026. No month repeats until all of them have come up.
Each try is colored by how close it was: green for the exact month, yellow within three months, orange within a year and gray if further. The arrow tells you whether the answer is earlier or later.
If you miss your first try, you see how much bitcoin rose or fell over those six months. Miss the second, and the chart shows prices. The new chart appears at midnight your local time.
Your results and streak are saved only in this browser: Compass has no accounts and never receives them.

Frequently asked questions
What is the chart of the day?
It’s a daily game: you see six months of the bitcoin price, with no dates or figures, and get six tries to guess which month the chart ends in. Each try tells you whether the answer is earlier or later and how close you were.
How often is there a new chart?
Every day, at midnight your local time. It’s the same for everyone, so you can compare results.
Are the charts real?
Yes: they’re real daily bitcoin prices from Coin Metrics, not smoothed or trimmed. No chart is made up.
Can I play more than one a day?
Yes. Once you finish today’s, you can play random charts as practice. They don’t count toward your streak.
